The goal of coaching is not to do more. The goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, because when we see ourselves clearly, we can choose intentionally. From that space, meaningful change is possible.
Where the old terrain gives way to clearer ground
I’m Amy Holmes – coach, facilitator and lifelong student of what it means to be human. The Clearing Practice is a space to slow down, pay attention, and get curious about ourselves, our choices, and the lives we are creating.
My work draws on decades of leadership and nonprofit experience, professional coaching, and plenty of personal practice in learning, unlearning, and figuring things out along the way.
You won’t find me pretending to have everything figured out. Instead, I’m here to ask better questions, create space for reflection, and explore what might become possible when we listen to ourselves a little more clearly.
Let’s see what we can figure out together.
I’m Ajeya Morton – student of self-improvement and natural healing with a commitment to spread positivity in the world. I do a lot of different things for The Clearing Practice including authoring written materials, graphic design, creative direction, video shooting and editing, social media and more.
